The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2022, is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Balatonmáriafürdő, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Open grounds.
