The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1994, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday-home settlement, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hammock swing and courtyard.
