The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2005 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the lake and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Table tennis.

The property can be rented for 8-+1 persons together with BALKES083. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in carport.

Die Lage zum Balaton ist mit ca. 300 Metern und damit zu Fuß zu erreichen hervorragend. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein leckeres Restaurant befindet sich befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Objekt besteht aus 2 Mieteinheiten. Ich fand, das geht aus dem Inserat nicht hervor, sollte man aber wissen....
